This looks pretty cool. Adobe.com has begun Adobe TV. A video site for education of on their products. Which is cool, because I seem to learn better from videos as opposed to books. But I still use books, so don't here me say that.
As an example here is the first episode of Adobe Beginner Classes.
Hat Tip to iJustine for this one.

The guys over at Coffee and Celluloid have a funny post on spooling film. I remember learning to do that ten years ago. I am certain I couldn't do it now. Over the last several years I have shot more events then anything else, not really film type productions. But filming spooling is one reason I would not shoot on film any more.
Go and check out the post. I even love the picture.

I found this video through Little Frog in High Def. This is a well done video on the reasons behind the writer's strike. Pretty interesting stuff.

I discovered Techzi.com when the author was mentioned at Problogger. David is, I believe now, a 13 year old blogger that seems to be making quite a living by blogging about tech issues. According to his own posts he brings in several hundred dollars a month. Did I mention that he is still in Middle School? Although he is in England, so I don't know if they call it middle school or not.
Anyway I did an introductory post on the format war between HD-DVD and Blu-Ray.
Go check it out!
